The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra are anticipated smartwatches that are expected to be launched at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris. According to the latest leak from Dealabs, the Galaxy Watch 7 will come in two sizes, 40mm and 44mm, with both sizes offering Bluetooth only or Bluetooth with 4G connectivity options. The 40mm model will be available in green and cream colors, while the 44mm version might come in green and silver. The Galaxy Watch Ultra, on the other hand, is rumored to come in a single, larger 47mm size and will feature both Bluetooth and 4G connectivity.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra is expected to have a 1.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a 480 x 480 resolution, and a sapphire glass screen for enhanced scratch resistance. The Galaxy Watch 7, on the other hand, will have a 40mm model with a 1.3-inch Super AMOLED display and a 44mm model with a 1.5-inch Super AMOLED display, both with the same 480 x 480 resolution. The watches are expected to be powered by the Exynos W1000 processor and have 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra is expected to retail for €699 (about $751), while the Galaxy Watch 7’s prices are expected to start at €319 (approximately $343) for the 40mm Bluetooth version. The prices for the other models are as follows: 44mm Bluetooth version: €349 (approximately $375), 40mm Bluetooth and 4G: €369 (approximately $396), and 44mm Bluetooth and 4G: €399 (approximately $429).
There have been some inconsistencies about the color options for the Galaxy Watch Ultra, with previous leaks showing the watch with a bright orange band, but Dealabs suggests this color might not be available in France at launch. Instead, the core color options in France are expected to be Titanium Gray, Titanium Silver, and Titanium White.
The upcoming Samsung Unpacked event is set for July 10, where Samsung is expected to launch new foldables, watches, and earbuds, as well as new features for Galaxy AI.
