Malaika Arora, a Bollywood celebrity known for her fitness regime, recently shared a shoulder stretch exercise on her Instagram.

In the video, Malaika demonstrates a shoulder stretch exercise that involves standing tall, lifting one arm up towards the ceiling, bending the elbow, reaching down towards the middle of the back, and holding the elbow with the opposite hand. The exercise is intended to be practiced for 2 minutes daily to reduce shoulder and upper back pain.

This shoulder stretch exercise targets the deltoid, triceps, and rotator cuff muscles, enhancing their range of motion and reducing stiffness. Regular practice of this exercise can improve upper body posture, loosen tight muscles, and prevent the frozen shoulder condition.
