Zoe launches Daily30+

The Daily30+ supplement, developed by the Zoe company, is a new offering designed to enhance dietary fiber intake and promote overall health. It consists of a blend of over 30 selected plants, including flaxseed, red lentil flakes, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, chicory root inulin, pumpkin seeds, puffed quinoa, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, red beetroot flakes, carrot flakes, nutritional yeast flakes, hemp seeds, white mushroom, thyme, onion, parsley, turmeric, cumin, chaga, lion’s Mane, shiitake, maitake, tremella, Reishi, cordyceps, garlic, rosemary, baobab fruit pulp, and buckthorn. Members of the Zoe community can add the supplement to their meals, as its primary purpose is to provide an additional 5 grams of fiber, helping those who struggle to meet the daily fiber recommendation of 30g.

In a six-week randomised control trial, 350 participants took part, with one group consuming Daily30+ while the other served as a functional control. Participants reported several positive effects, such as reduced hunger, improved sleep, better mood, improved microbiome composition, and increased energy levels. The trial also showed significant enhancements in the participants’ gut microbiome composition, with an average increase of 5 points on the ZOE microbiome score.

This supplement is aimed at individuals who may find it challenging to consume enough fiber in their daily diet. Zoe’s Daily30+ can be added to existing favorite foods without replacing them. Dr. Federica Amati, head nutritionist at Zoe, notes that small daily dietary changes can have significant long-term health benefits, including reduced inflammation, lower risk of heart disease and metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes, and improved mental health. The product can be purchased as a monthly subscription on the Zoe website or in select Waitrose stores, with subscription options priced at £39 and £133. Zoe members can enjoy discounted member pricing by logging into their account.
