During an interview with Humans of Bombay, Shivohaam and Vrindda Bhatt revealed that Amitabh Bachchan’s approach towards fitness is a testament to his commitment to well-being. Vrindda emphasized that when one knows something is beneficial, they make it a priority. She explained that it’s not about comfort or time, as even a busy individual like Big B finds time for exercise, making it possible for others to do the same. Shivohaam added that he adjusts his workout schedule as needed, but understands the importance of regular exercise and makes it a priority.
In addition, Vrindda shared her experience of training Amitabh and highlighted that their sessions focus on breath work, including basic breath exercises, pranayams, and basic yoga. She has learned discipline and punctuality from him, as he was rarely late for their early morning sessions and always apologized for minor delays. “He doesn’t need to apologize for five-seven minutes… We take it for granted, but I’ve learned the value of time from him,” she said.
Big B’s current projects include the second part of Kalki 2898 AD, where he reprises his role as Ashwatthama, and Vettaiyan alongside Rajinikanth. The films also feature Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan.
