The Google Pixel 9 has reportedly been leaked, with a video appearing on social media from Algeria. The phone, which matches previous renders, is shown in pink and is said to have 256GB of storage. However, the authenticity of the leak is questionable as Google does not sell Pixel phones directly in Algeria.
The design of the Pixel 9 is similar to the Pixel 8, with flat sides and a slightly reworked rear camera bar. However, more significant changes are expected in the top-end models of the Pixel 9 series. It is rumored that the Pixel 8 Pro will be succeeded by two models: a 6.1-inch device named the Google Pixel 9 Pro and a 6.7-inch model called the Pixel 9 Pro XL. This would be the first time Google has offered different-sized Pixels with identical specs since the Pixel 4 series in 2019.
Google is expected to reveal the 9th generation of Pixel flagship phones at its next Made by Google hardware event on August 13. In the meantime, more rumors about the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL can be found in the Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL hubs.
Additionally, there are rumors about a second-generation foldable phone from Google, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which is said to be getting a new name style and some hardware and software upgrades.
