Power Grid & EMP / Integrative Nutrition

Section 1: Power Grid Threats and Preparedness

In a discussion, authors Hugh Simpson and Rich de Sabatino explored potential hazards that could disrupt the power grid and the precautions one can take to navigate its aftermath. Simpson focused on the risks posed by solar storms and advocated for investments in sustainable energy sources, especially solar power. He pointed out that recent coronal mass ejections (CMEs) have impacted the U.S., with one in May surpassing the intensity of the Carrington Effect in 1859. Furthermore, he mentioned a magnetic Earth shift happening every 6,000 years and anticipated it could occur between 2038 and 2040, triggering global tsunamis.

De Sabatino primarily expressed concern over CME flares and electromagnetic pulses (EMPs) from an approaching celestial body, dubbed ‘Planet X,’ causing devastation. His advice included integrating EMP surge protectors on the power grid and essential systems, such as hospitals and data centers. EMP surge protectors can aid in filtering EMP surges, he explained. If the power grid fails, Simpson offered the advice of "being prepared, not scared."

In addition to CMEs, de Sabatino also briefly discussed KryptAll, his company, which specializes in securing iPhones by encrypting call records, a valuable feature for warding off corporate espionage.

Section 2: Manifesting and the Creator Matrix

Cathleen Beerkens, nurse and integrative health coach, and founder of A Wellness Revolution, proposed the idea of a ‘creator matrix.’ According to Beerkens, developing the creator matrix enables individuals to accept responsibility for their role in shaping life. She emphasized that cultivating consciousness of thoughts is key to consciously choosing positive ones for manifesting desired outcomes, which travel through the universal field.

The universal field symbolizes a realm of possibility, as our thoughts and emotions have an influence over it, Beerkens stated. Practicing meditation, according to her, helps increase consciousness and choose thoughts associated with positive vibrations, moving one out of low frequencies that can be connected with poor health.

By understanding the human body and healing potential via the combination of quantum mechanics and cell biology, Beerkens claimed the emergent science of epigenetics suggests that our choices and actions affect gene expression, allowing us to defy our genetic destiny.
