In July, several virtual reality (VR) games are set to release for PC. Here’s a list of some of the upcoming titles, listed in chronological order by their release dates:
1. Archery Red (July 2) – A futuristic archery game where players aim to hit targets and defeat robotic foes. The game offers advanced mechanics, realistic shooting, and both a single-player campaign and endless mode. Archery Red will be available on Steam.
2. Spin Rhythm XD (July 9) – A rhythm game that pays homage to classic arcade rhythm games like Guitar Hero and DDR. Players match colors and beats, spin, tap, flick, and flow through the game’s juicy beats. Spin Rhythm XD will be released on Steam and PlayStation VR 2 simultaneously.
3. Infinite Inside (July 12) – An innovative puzzle game that seamlessly blends VR and mixed reality (MR) gameplay with an immersive narrative experience. Players explore a dream-like world filled with impossible architecture and hidden secrets. Infinite Inside will be available on Steam (without MR) and various other platforms like Quest, Pico 4, PlayStation VR 2, and Vision Pro.
4. Space Drop (July 12) – A game where players try to become the best “Space Jumper” in the universe by jumping out of a spaceship into a warp tunnel and evading obstacles while collecting pickups. Space Drop will be available on Steam.
5. StellarPlans (July 16) – A VR adventure shooter where players explore different worlds, battle various enemies, and uncover the secrets of Sky City. StellarPlans will be available on Steam, but a trailer has not been released yet.
6. Rogue Ascent (July 18) – An electrifying roguelike shooter with a strong sci-fi aesthetic and full controller support. Rogue Ascent debuted on Meta Quest with hand-tracking support and will also be available on Steam.
7. Swarm 2 (July 18) – A roguelike shooter with a unique movement mechanic, global leaderboards, and weekly challenges. Swarm 2 is already available on Meta Quest and will also be released on Steam.
8. Brazen Blaze (July 19) – A 3v3 Smack & Shoot VR Action game with emphasis on close quarter melee combat. Players can choose from a range of unique Runners, each equipped with individual skills. Brazen Blaze will be available on Steam and Meta Quest simultaneously.
9. Tomb Explorer (July 19) – An adventure game where players navigate and explore ancient ruins and tombs in search of historical treasures, relics, and artifacts. Tomb Explorer will be available on Steam.
10. Time Lab (Release date unknown) – A knowledge and experience platform for virtual time travel, where players can visit historical moments and places with a time simulator. Time Lab will be available on Steam.
11. Tiny Archers (Release date unknown) – An immersive VR tower defense archery game where players defend their kingdom from waves of attacks. Tiny Archers will be available on Steam.
