Why Disneyland’s Oogie Boogie Bash hasn’t sold out yet

The 4th of July Sale event is offering a special deal on Standard Digital Access for $4 per year, which is a significant discount. Even if you are already a subscriber, you can still take advantage of the deal by logging in.

Meanwhile, the Oogie Boogie Bash, a popular Halloween event that takes place at Disney California Adventure from August 25 to October 31, has tickets available for a few select nights. The event faced possible sellout last week, but some tickets remain for Tuesday nights due to improved technology, multiple sale dates, picky shoppers, and the email option.

Tickets for the event sold quickly for Sunday and Thursday dates. However, Tuesday tickets have been more slowly selling, with several options still available for September 3 ($154), September 10 ($154), and October 29 ($189).

The enhanced technology and spread-out ticket sales have reportedly helped to eliminate some of the past problems during ticket sales, making purchases smoother and more efficient. The highly passionate fans were able to get tickets first, while the general public preferred Sunday and Thursday dates, leaving Tuesdays more available.

Online ticket buyers also had the option to get notified by email when it was their turn to buy tickets through the “notify me” feature, further thinning out the crowd in the virtual queue and reducing pressure on the online sales system.
